Qlip is a brand new company that recently secured a patent for its product – a stylish accessory engineered to securely hold the user’s glasses. Qlip came to Lumina with the goal of establishing both an online profile and legitimate company branding materials as part of a complete product launch. The company hired Lumina for a number of projects, including website design and development, brand identity and logo design, content creation, packaging design and video production, as well as various ongoing digital marketing services such as social media management, social media advertising, traffic tracking and conversion analysis.

The first step in this versatile project was to create a company brand identity, which included designing a logo, selecting brand color scheme / look & feel, designing a business card and providing general brand guidelines. This served as the base of Qlip’s package design, as well as foundation for the design – and ultimately development – of a custom WordPress website with beautiful design where users can purchase the Qlip product directly (eCommerce). We wrote all of the pages’ content, and the site uses features from the WooCommerce platform and integrates PayPal checkout as a secure payment gateway for transactions. We also created a professional promotional video for Qlip’s product that can be viewed on the site’s homepage. This process included pre-production planning, on-site professional videography and photography, incorporation of actors, models and extras, and post-production editing.

Upon launch of the site, Lumina has continued to manage Qlip’s online presence as it has begun selling its product to consumers, including digital marketing services such as ongoing daily posting of social media content to various networks, continuous optimization and maintenance of social media accounts, creation of digital ad content and management of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns using Facebook’s Business Manager and advertising platforms.
